A couple of weeks ago, we bought a tube of garlic bulbs, but didn't use them in time before they started sprouting. Could I plant these guys in a container and get some viable plants?

I got out the camera yesterday and took some pictures. I took some pictures of my garden (what there is of it) but I also took some pictures of six plants around my yard that I was hoping to get identified.

I'll be moving to a new apartment in a couple of weeks. This will be the first apartment with actual space to have a small container garden so I'm ridiculously excited. I want to grow garlic this year, but will probably have to grow it in a container or not at all. Can you successfully grow garlic in a container, if it's big enough?
